ReplyDeleteIf you mix the oatmeal and egg whites in a Magic Bullet or blender then fry it, it makes an edible pancake. Good luck, 7 days isn't to long!

This actually sounds fun to me. I love group projects such as diet and exercise. But I think my doctor would not be impressed with any further weight loss at this point in my life. I like your weight loss program much better than this one called grief, which I'm currently on.

I have never hear of this diet. Why all the broccoli? Just curious. How long do you do this? Is it an on for a week, off for a week? It seems so manageable. Let us know!
ReplyDeleteI won't be following your plan, but I do support you. We can give each other encouragement (I could use some right now too). I need to get back to eating something close to your plan. I have a harder time with maintanance than losing it. Today I ate ice cream straight from the carton, pizza for supper and skipped the gym. Not good. Tomorrow will be better.
